Enjoy during this workshop interesting presentations of 3D technology and robotics\, their live uses on different applications and their implementation to show you how to improve the productivity and competitiveness of your business. \n\nWhat demos will you see?\n\nBin Picking combining machine vision and robotics for part identification and handling: in collaboration with Pickit3D\, we presented a demonstration of a bin picking system that integrates a robot and a 3D sensor with structured light technology to identify and pick randomly arranged parts. This technology is based on computer vision algorithms and path planning to achieve accurate and efficient picking of objects in an industrial environment. \n\n\nConveyor belt profilometry and artificial intelligence: Along a conveyor belt\, we will showcase a series of inspections using traditional vision\, 3D vision and Deep Learning techniques. This demonstration highlights the versatility of Zebra’s software in working with different technologies\, as well as the accuracy shown in detecting and analyzing defects in parts. The deep learning approach enables advanced recognition and classification of previously unknown defects with high accuracy. \n\n\nCode readers and OCR: UsingZebra smart cameras\, we will demonstrate a code reading and optical character recognition (OCR) system supported by deep learning technology. This solution offers exceptional reading and recognition capabilities\, suitable for product identification and tracking applications in industrial environments. \n\n\nScan & Plan for polishing and deburring operations without robot programming: In this demonstration we present a solution that allows polishing and deburring operations to be performed on a robot without requiring manual programming. Scan & Plan relies on 3D vision technology and uses advanced algorithms to automatically generate tool paths\, significantly simplifying the programming process and enabling high-quality finishing on complex parts. \n\n\nLaboratory sample handling applications using robotics: The presented application is designed for precise sample handling in laboratory environments. This solution uses robotic arms and advanced sensors to automate tasks such as vial handling.
