Comprehensive Management System<\/h1><\/div>

GRUPO ALAVA\u2019s Integrated Management Policy (Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety) is established by senior management and is a natural extension of the principles that have guided the company\u2019s identity and operations since its inception.<\/p>\n

The top priority of GRUPO ALAVA\u2019s management is to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering the requested product or service in full compliance with every term of the order.<\/p>\n

The Quality Policy of GRUPO ALAVA, in accordance with the
\u2022 Marketing, Sales, Installation, Maintenance, and Integration of electronic and electromechanical equipment for the measurement, recording, analysis, calibration, and simulation of physical and electrical parameters, as well as data acquisition and analysis systems (Alava Ingenieros S.A.)<\/strong>
\u2022 Development of predictive maintenance projects, diagnostic services, and marketing of instruments (Preditec, S.L.)<\/strong>
\u2022 In addition to the installation and maintenance of security devices, equipment, and systems\u201d (Alava Ingenieros Seguridad, S.L.U)<\/strong><\/p>\n

consists of providing products and services that comply with applicable laws, standards, and regulations, as well as any other requirements the company may undertake, in terms of technical specifications, while also meeting customer expectations by fulfilling the terms of their orders\u2014all within a rigorous commitment to continuous improvement.<\/p>\n

The Environmental, Health, and Safety Policy of GRUPO ALAVA, within the framework of “Marketing, Sales, Installation, Maintenance, and Integration of electronic and electromechanical equipment for the measurement, recording, analysis, calibration, and simulation of physical and electrical parameters, as well as systems for data capture and analysis,\u201d<\/strong>consists of providing products and services that comply with all applicable laws, standards, and regulations, and other requirements to which it may subscribe, regarding technical, environmental, and health and safety characteristics, meeting customer expectations by fulfilling the terms of their order, all within a rigorous commitment to continuous improvement and the protection of people and the environment, including pollution prevention, to enhance our environmental performance.<\/p>\n

To achieve the above, the management of GRUPO ALAVA emphasizes the following:<\/strong>
\u2756 Implementing and developing a Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Management System that, in accordance with the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015, UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards, covers all activities of ALAVA INGENIEROS, S.A.
\u2756 Implement and develop a Quality Management System that, in accordance with the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 standard, covers all activities of ALAVA INGENIEROS SEGURIDAD, SLU and TECNICAS PREDICTIVAS E INSTRUMENTACI\u00d3N, S.L.
\u2756 Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those specific to environmental protection and occupational health and safety, as well as any other commitments the organization has undertaken.
\u2756 Provide technical support to customers, helping them find solutions to their needs.
\u2756 To meet our customers\u2019 expectations through the products we supply and the services we provide, based on a prompt response and flexibility in addressing their needs, while ensuring profitability for the company.
\u2756 Provide guidance to the customer throughout the product’s lifecycle.
\u2756 Establish processes capable of ensuring compliance with the requirements outlined in the previous point, within a framework of continuous improvement.
\u2756 To encourage the personal development of our employees\u2014in technical, professional, personal, and environmental areas\u2014by providing safe and healthy working conditions to prevent injuries and health problems.
\u2756 Develop a policy of continuous improvement for the entire organization, setting annual objectives aimed at improving the quality of our products and services, as well as the performance and management systems for quality, the environment, and occupational health and safety
\u2756 Promote internal communication and information regarding initiatives and the integrated management policy, fostering their understanding, development, and compliance, and convey to employees and stakeholders a commitment to environmental protection and health and safety.
\u2756 Take all measures within our power to minimize pollution, prevent accidents that cause environmental damage, or minimize their effects, and reduce the consumption of products and energy\u2026
\u2756 Take all measures within our power to eliminate hazards to the safety and health of our workers and reduce occupational safety and health risks
\u2756 Facilitate consultation and participation by workers on safety and health matters, as well as by workers\u2019 representatives, if any.
\u2756 Make this policy publicly available.<\/p>\n
