For us, 2023 is a year of celebration<\/h6><\/div>\n\n

At Grupo \u00c1lava, we\u2019re celebrating our 50th anniversary<\/a>, and we\u2019re very excited to share our full schedule (coming soon) with you to commemorate this milestone. We\u2019re so full of enthusiasm that we feel ready to celebrate another 50 years. Because we want to continue being your trusted partner, working with you to tackle new challenges and set new goals to achieve even greater success. <\/p>\n\n

Having a birthday means you’re old, but even more so, it means you’re wise<\/h6><\/div>\n\n

You might think that getting older means being old. But continuing to be part of this world and active in the market also means being wise\u2014being able to make firm decisions to move in the right direction in pursuit of excellence. And being older also means we\u2019ve had time to build a family\u2014a team of more than 180 people\u2014who help us achieve our goals and get us to where we are today. <\/p>\n\n

THIS IS HOW OUR JOURNEY HAS UNFOLDED<\/h6><\/div>\n\n

Our journey has been\u2014and continues to be\u2014a true adventure, filled with experiences in which we love to go above and beyond to help our clients, understand them, and offer solutions to their problems. It hasn\u2019t been an easy road; at times we\u2019ve had to face difficulties, but what stands out is our ability to overcome them. Sometimes we\u2019ve done better, and other times worse, but we\u2019ve undoubtedly learned a great deal throughout this time. We\u2019re a company that has listened to the market. At times, we\u2019ve had to take a chance on new ventures\u2014ones that scared us\u2014but that\u2019s what has helped us grow. <\/p>\n\n

Above all, what keeps us going is that we believe in what we do, and we know we\u2019re helping to make life easier for many people. And that\u2019s something that fulfills us so much that it moves us and makes us want to keep doing it every day. We find meaning in our work because we\u2019re filling a necessary gap in the market. We\u2019re not perfect, but we pour our hearts into it and keep our eyes wide open. <\/p>\n\n
