How to Present an Investment Proposal."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The ultimate goal of every department in a company is the same; you just need to know which conversion factor to use to interpret the information<\/p>\n<h3>Document Downloads<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/grupoalava.rearmachine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/justificacion-de-la-inversion-en-mto-predictivo-pdf-426-kb.pdf\">Justification for Investing in Predictive Maintenance &#8211; PDF &#8211; 426 KB <\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The company pursues a strategic objective that must be clear to all departments, and these departments are guided by one or more operational objectives that align with the strategic objective. If this is not the case\u2014if the horses are not pulling in the same direction\u2014the carriage loses its balance and slows down, allowing competitors to overtake it. <\/p>\n<p>To prevent this from happening and ensure that all departments are working toward the same goal, there must be communication between them\u2014but do they speak the same language? We see that in most cases, the answer is no. <\/p>\n<p>If we work in the maintenance department of a company in the industrial sector, we may be faced with operational goals such as increasing the mean time between failures or improving availability. As department managers, we decide to implement <a title=\"Services\" href=\"https:\/\/www.preditec.com\/servicios\/mantenimiento-predictivo-313721\/\">predictive maintenance<\/a> (PdM) to achieve these goals. We conduct a study of our failure modes and determine that vibration analysis is the technique that will best help us predict failures in our assets.
