Its facilities house the only center in Europe outside the automotive industry that has complete vehicle test benches<strong> for analyzing vehicles and individual parts under static and dynamic loads<\/strong>.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block stk-a9a2316\" data-block-id=\"a9a2316\"><h6 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\"><a href=\"https:\/\/grupoalava.rearmachine.com\/deformaciones3d-aramis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ARAMIS<\/a> FOR THE SEIZURE OF AN ENTIRE VEHICLE<\/h6><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As we mentioned at the beginning, facilities capable of performing dynamic analyses on test benches are what ensure the durability and comfort of vehicles. TU Dresden uses <a href=\"https:\/\/grupoalava.rearmachine.com\/deformaciones3d-aramis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ARAMIS<\/a> to capture data on the entire vehicle as it interacts with its components, chassis, axles, and tires. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 3D optical measurement system offers fast, time-domain, non-contact analysis, allowing for flexible use. Users at this center were impressed by its high measurement accuracy and its suitability for static and dynamic testing, both on the test bench and on the test track where the system will be used. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ARAMIS SRX dual sensor scans\u2014simultaneously with the other measurement channels\u2014the entire vehicle chassis, its wheels, and both sides of the vehicle in the vehicle coordinate system in accordance with DIN 70000. Unlike traditional displacement sensors (LVDTs), <strong>measurements taken with non-contact ARAMIS sensors generate 3D point clouds that enable analysis in all six degrees of freedom<\/strong> (6DoF). <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block stk-c71a543\" data-block-id=\"c71a543\"><h6 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">Example of an application using Aramis<\/h6><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A clear example of its application is the <strong>calculation of all the angular positions of a wheel<\/strong>. During axle measurements at the TU Dresden Test Center, <a href=\"https:\/\/grupoalava.rearmachine.com\/deformaciones3d-aramis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ARAMIS<\/a> is primarily used <strong>to measure the geometric position of the wheels relative to the vehicle body and the road<\/strong>\u2014a factor that affects chassis behavior, directional stability, tire grip, and wear. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Translational and rotational movements in space (wheel position during compression and rebound, changes in camber, trajectory, etc.) are important for such measurements. The system offers another major advantage for engineers:<strong> the measurement results can be processed directly in the next step of the process.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ARAMIS provides <strong>3D analysis whenever precise measurements of material properties and component behavior under load are required<\/strong>.
