A CATR, based on a single reflector, uses a source antenna radiating a spherical wavefront and a reflector to collimate the radiated spherical wavefront into a flat wavefront within the desired test area. A CATR is used for microwave and millimeter-wave frequencies where the 2D2\/\u03bb far-field distance is large, as in the case of high-gain reflector antennas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 25px;\" data-fusion-font=\"true\">ASYSOL&#8217;s family of reflectors is manufactured using the most advanced and precise metal machining facilities, <\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.21px; background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); font-size: 15px; line-height: 25px;\" data-fusion-font=\"true\">allowing typical surface accuracies of up to 15 \u03bcm, necessary for today&#8217;s high-frequency requirements, to be achieved.
