    ALL consultants agree that following the recommendations of the different methods and procedures that have emerged in recent years: RCM, TPM; RBM, ….., PdM (predictive) should be used whenever possible and all its associated condition monitoring techniques should be applied: vibration, thermography, ultrasound, MCA, … in the early detection of the different failure modes that an asset may present.<\/p>\n

    Up to this point we can say that this would be “the easy part” of the audit. The picture becomes more complicated when we must audit whether the PdM is correctly implemented in those plants that have it in operation or when we must implement it together with the techniques that allow detecting the different failure modes in a safe way that makes it possible to replace PM ranges with PdM ranges. <\/p>\n

    Implementation of PdM techniques<\/h2>\n

    This support service for the implementation of the predictive maintenance plan is essential in those predictive departments that are newly implemented or undergoing a reorganization.<\/p>\n

    • Basic PDM training: We provide specialized training for your team, ensuring that they are prepared to use PDM tools effectively and maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
