Atualmente, \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pelo Laborat\u00f3rio de Combust\u00e3o, com mais de 20 anos de experi\u00eancia a trabalhar na empresa.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Temos a sorte de poder falar com ela para que nos conte como surgiu a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o entre o Grupo \u00c1lava e a Ikerlan. N\u00e3o s\u00f3 usam as <a href=\"https:\/\/grupoalava.rearmachine.com\/tech\/nuestra-tecnologia-y-el-volcan-de-la-palma\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">c\u00e2maras termogr\u00e1ficas<\/a> da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.flir.es\/?utm_source=google&amp;utm_medium=cpc&amp;utm_campaign=emea.es.solutions.crsseg.t.iw.om.brand.search&amp;gclid=CjwKCAiAy_CcBhBeEiwAcoMRHMBO-CXmLSTiBspu74HR3XFJcEK6--Z4fGbyjl0UmS4Ib8EKoCE73RoCqVAQAvD_BwE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Teledyne FLIR<\/a> que lhes fornecemos para monitorizar as temperaturas, como tamb\u00e9m como elemento de seguran\u00e7a. <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block stk-db87f1e\" data-block-id=\"db87f1e\"><style>.stk-db87f1e .stk-block-heading__text{font-size:14px !important}@media screen and (max-width:1023px){.stk-db87f1e .stk-block-heading__text{font-size:14px !important}}<\/style><h6 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">O que \u00e9 que voc\u00eas fazem na Ikerlan?<\/h6><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dedicamo-nos a temas relacionados com <strong>energia, combust\u00e3o, conce\u00e7\u00e3o e desenvolvimento de <\/strong>sistemas eficientes,<strong> <\/strong>processos de transfer\u00eancia de calor e otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o. Tanto a <strong>n\u00edvel dom\u00e9stico<\/strong> como <strong>industrial<\/strong>, para setores como o do <strong>aquecimento e <\/strong>da<strong> cozedura<\/strong>. Trabalhamos h\u00e1 <strong>mais de 20 anos<\/strong> na \u00e1rea da combust\u00e3o e temos um laborat\u00f3rio que inaugur\u00e1mos em 2019, que, al\u00e9m de ter sido concebido para testar e validar gases e combust\u00edveis convencionais, foi constru\u00eddo especificamente para trabalhar com hidrog\u00e9nio a 100%. O <strong>hidrog\u00e9nio verde<\/strong>, gerado e produzido a partir de energias renov\u00e1veis, faz parte de uma das tecnologias-chave para a descarboniza\u00e7\u00e3o do planeta. Temos todo o protocolo, sistemas de dete\u00e7\u00e3o&#8230; \u00c9 basicamente isso que fazemos no grupo de combust\u00e3o, que faz parte da unidade de mec\u00e2nica.     <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Temos uma gama bastante ampla de clientes e, atualmente, a nossa atividade principal \u00e9 o hidrog\u00e9nio. Estamos a destruir o planeta&#8230; A redu\u00e7\u00e3o das emiss\u00f5es de <strong>CO\u2082<\/strong>, atrav\u00e9s da utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do <strong>hidrog\u00e9nio<\/strong> como <strong>combust\u00edvel<\/strong>, e a capacidade de desenvolver solu\u00e7\u00f5es que ainda n\u00e3o existem. N\u00e3o existe tecnologia para a combust\u00e3o do hidrog\u00e9nio, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 queimadores de hidrog\u00e9nio, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 sistemas que detetem o hidrog\u00e9nio. Ent\u00e3o, bem, pode dizer-se que estamos na vanguarda em termos de <strong>desenvolvimento tecnol\u00f3gico<\/strong>.    <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block stk-bf7b9ba\" data-block-id=\"bf7b9ba\"><style>.stk-bf7b9ba .stk-block-heading__text{color:#0071ce !important}<\/style><h6 class=\"stk-block-heading__text has-text-color\">\u00c9 um dos poucos laborat\u00f3rios a n\u00edvel nacional que permite queimar hidrog\u00e9nio (H\u2082) com total seguran\u00e7a.<\/h6><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block stk-dc0045b\" data-block-id=\"dc0045b\"><style>.stk-dc0045b .stk-block-heading__text{font-size:14px !important}@media screen and (max-width:1023px){.stk-dc0045b .stk-block-heading__text{font-size:14px !important}}<\/style><h6 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">COMO SURGIU A COLABORA\u00c7\u00c3O COM O GRUPO \u00c1lava?<\/h6><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u00e1 h\u00e1 muitos anos que trabalhamos juntos, porque uma das tecnologias fundamentais que usamos para monitorizar, conceber, desenvolver e validar os sistemas que otimizamos, melhoramos ou concebemos \u00e9 a <strong>termografia infravermelha<\/strong>. Saber quais s\u00e3o as temperaturas no queimador, se a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do calor \u00e9 homog\u00e9nea ou n\u00e3o, \u00e9 extremamente interessante. Para n\u00f3s, \u00e9 uma <strong>ferramenta fundamental<\/strong>, mas sobretudo quando se trata de hidrog\u00e9nio, porque este \u00e9 transparente \u00e0 luz vis\u00edvel. Conseguimos ver uma chama de g\u00e1s natural, mas uma chama de hidrog\u00e9nio n\u00e3o. Por isso, a \u00fanica forma de a detetar \u00e9 atrav\u00e9s da temperatura, com a termografia infravermelha. N\u00e3o estamos s\u00f3 a usar as c\u00e2maras termogr\u00e1ficas da Teledyne FLIR que nos forneceste para monitorizar a temperatura, mas tamb\u00e9m como elemento de seguran\u00e7a.     <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block stk-8abf75b\" data-block-id=\"8abf75b\"><style>.stk-8abf75b .stk-block-heading__text{font-size:14px !important}@media screen and (max-width:1023px){.stk-8abf75b .stk-block-heading__text{font-size:14px !important}}<\/style><h6 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">Em que \u00e9 que a solu\u00e7\u00e3o do GRUPO \u00c1lava vos beneficia?<\/h6><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Permite-nos monitorizar as temperaturas da chama, mais concretamente do hidrog\u00e9nio, <strong>at\u00e9 2000 \u00baC<\/strong>, algo que outras vers\u00f5es de outras c\u00e2maras n\u00e3o nos permitiriam fazer. \u00c9 uma tecnologia que nos vem muito bem. E estou a falar do hidrog\u00e9nio, mas, historicamente, poderia referir-me \u00e0 altura em que desenvolvemos queimadores para <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vision-artificial.es\/2022\/01\/03\/inspeccion-en-hornos-y-calderas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fornos a g\u00e1s<\/a>, onde \u00e9 preciso verificar se o calor do sistema \u00e9 homog\u00e9neo no interior do forno. Em suma, h\u00e1 infinitos problemas que resolvemos com esta tecnologia.    <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block stk-2ab0b4e\" data-block-id=\"2ab0b4e\"><style>.stk-2ab0b4e .stk-block-heading__text{font-size:14px !important}@media screen and (max-width:1023px){.stk-2ab0b4e .stk-block-heading__text{font-size:14px !important}}<\/style><h6 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">COMO \u00c9 O VOSSO DIA-A-DIA COM O PRODUTO?<\/h6><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trabalhamos desde a conce\u00e7\u00e3o, passando pela melhoria do produto, testes e valida\u00e7\u00e3o, at\u00e9 aos ensaios de pr\u00e9-certifica\u00e7\u00e3o. N\u00e3o somos um centro de certifica\u00e7\u00e3o, mas garantimos ao cliente que o produto que desenvolvemos est\u00e1 pronto para <strong>a industrializa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>. Usamos esta ferramenta no dia a dia, dependendo da fase em que nos encontramos no projeto: conce\u00e7\u00e3o, valida\u00e7\u00e3o e, sobretudo, valida\u00e7\u00e3o dos resultados.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Temos de ter ferramentas no laborat\u00f3rio que nos permitam validar os <strong>modelos te\u00f3ricos<\/strong> que estamos a utilizar. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vision-artificial.es\/categoria\/camaras-termograficas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">A termografia \u00e9 uma das ferramentas b\u00e1sicas<\/a>, juntamente com outros tipos de ferramentas. Na combust\u00e3o do hidrog\u00e9nio, \u00e9 fundamental monitorizar as temperaturas, porque a chama n\u00e3o se v\u00ea.
