servi\u00e7os centrais da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uva.es\/export\/sites\/uva\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Universidade de Valladolid (UVA)<\/a>, que d\u00e3o apoio a todas as \u00e1reas e departamentos da universidade, assinaram um acordo com <a href=\"https:\/\/grupoalava.rearmachine.com\/pt\/engenheiros\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">a \u00c1lava Ingenieros<\/a> para contratar um equipamento do nosso parceiro HORIBA que integra as tecnologias RAMAN e AFM e permite ainda realizar medi\u00e7\u00f5es TERS (Espectroscopia Raman Refor\u00e7ada por Ponta), combinando ambas as t\u00e9cnicas.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>O sistema \u00e9 composto por um microsc\u00f3pio Raman confocal de \u00faltima gera\u00e7\u00e3o, com elevada resolu\u00e7\u00e3o espectral e novas tecnologias de processamento de imagem que tornam ainda mais f\u00e1cil e r\u00e1pida a obten\u00e7\u00e3o de imagens Raman, e um microsc\u00f3pio AFM de alto desempenho, que permite caracteriza\u00e7\u00f5es estruturais, mec\u00e2nicas, el\u00e9tricas e magn\u00e9ticas em escalas nanom\u00e9tricas.<\/em> &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/antonio-javier-zambrano-marquez-013a80104\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Antonio Javier Zambrano.<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&#8220;Ambos os sistemas est\u00e3o acoplados atrav\u00e9s de um sistema \u00f3tico especificamente concebido que, juntamente com a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de pontas especiais desenvolvidas pela Horiba, permite obter de forma r\u00e1pida e simples medi\u00e7\u00f5es de TERS, conseguindo assim obter informa\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica das amostras \u00e0 escala nanom\u00e9trica, de forma n\u00e3o invasiva nem destrutiva, e com uma prepara\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00ednima das amostras, em \u00e1reas como a biologia, a qu\u00edmica, a f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmica, os materiais, as nanopart\u00edculas e a nanotecnologia, etc.\u00bb<\/em> \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/juan-jose-romero-b5605354\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Juan Jos\u00e9 Romero<\/a><em>.<\/em> Assim, por exemplo, foi poss\u00edvel medir o espectro Raman de nanotubos de carbono em zonas espec\u00edficas dos mesmos sem os destruir, obtendo medi\u00e7\u00f5es com a dimens\u00e3o da ponta do AFM (aprox. 10 nm). <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Atualmente, a Horiba \u00e9 o fabricante que possui a tecnologia mais avan\u00e7ada neste tipo de t\u00e9cnica, com mais de 35 publica\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o assunto.  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\"
