KEM KUEPPERS TRICOR Coriolis flowmeters are based on a measuring principle that offers many technical advantages for industrial process control.

  • Multivariable and Direct Measurement: The main feature is its ability to simultaneously and directly measure mass flow rate, volumetric flow rate, density and temperature with a single device. This eliminates the need for additional instrumentation and compensation for pressure and temperature variations, simplifying installation and reducing costs.
  • Superior Accuracy and Repeatability: Coriolis technology allows measurement accuracy of up to ±0.1% of the read value and exceptional repeatability of better than ±0.05% to be achieved. This accuracy remains constant over a wide range of flow rates and is independent of the physical properties of the fluid, such as viscosity or density.
  • Robust Maintenance-Free Design: With no moving or internal parts to wear out, these meters are extremely robust, reliable and require virtually no maintenance, ensuring a long service life. Their tube design makes them easy to clean and suitable for complex fluids, including slurries or liquids with suspended solids.
  • Advanced Processing Technology: The latest series, such as TRICOR PRO Plus, incorporate sophisticated Digital Signal Processing (DSP). This results in superior performance with response times of up to 10 ms (100 Hz frequency), ideal for high-speed dosing and dynamic process control applications. In addition, they feature a high natural frequency that makes them immune to plant vibrations, ensuring high zero stability.
