Our colleague Javier Arias, Digital Transformation Sales Manager, along with Alberto Vicente, an Advanced Analytics Engineer at Sonae Arauco (a leading company in the wood industry), will present a talk on “Diagnosis of Critical Machinery Using Digital Platforms (Success Stories)” at the 1st Conference on Maintenance Reliability organized by the AEM in Madrid. In this presentation, they will discuss Sonae Arauco’s digitalization strategy as part of its “From Transparency to Intelligence” initiative and how digital platforms have been implemented in its predictive maintenance efforts.

When we’re participating: Thursday, November 28, at 1:15 p.m.

Over the course of two days, you’ll have the opportunity to listen, participate, and network in an environment where attendees will share their commitment to improving maintenance as well as discuss various current topics related to the field.

• Asset Management and Reliability
• Reliability in the Context of Digitalization and Industry 4.0
• Training and Regulations in Reliability
• Reliability in New Product Development
• Reliability Management in Competitive Environments

Francisco Javier González, President of the Spanish Maintenance Association (AEM), reminds us in his invitation:

“The creation of the Reliability Committee within the AEM in 2018 has been a wonderful wake-up call for all of us, as these types of cross-functional committees that bridge the gap between academic theory and the realities of business are absolutely essential; they bring together scientific and, in part, theoretical studies with practical business applications. This sought-after symbiosis between academia and business is clearly reflected in this ambitious program, which we are confident will make this event a benchmark for future initiatives, the creation of working groups, and the exchange of experiences among attendees.”
