Grupo Álava Launches the OVERFLY Initiative
We are pleased to share with you the progress that is positioning Grupo Álava as a leading company that generates multidisciplinary content and knowledge.
At Grupo Álava, we have decided to launch the Overfly Initiative, which is focused on raising public awareness of industrial technologies.
The initiative began to take shape in 2023, when the company held its Overfly Forum event to mark its 50th anniversary.
During the event, the company delivered around a hundred presentations and conducted various demonstrations of innovative industrial technology. Event participants who attended these presentations and demonstrations shared their feedback with Grupo Álava, highlighting above all the event’s educational value, as well as the wealth of multidisciplinary knowledge that the company and its partners provided to attendees.
This feedback is in line with the commitment the company has made to society throughout its five decades of existence, focused on taking ever-broader steps to improve it. For this reason, the Álava Group has decided to create the Overfly Initiative to promote greater awareness of the advanced technologies used across various sectors of the industry.
As part of the Overfly Initiative, Grupo Álava will host educational workshops for professionals from various sectors throughout the year. These workshops will aim to train attendees on the various uses and benefits these technologies can offer for the industrial projects they carry out at their companies.
The Overfly Initiative will draw on the resources and specialized personnel of all companies in the Álava Group, as well as contributions from technology and R&D&I centers, technology manufacturers, and end users. All will come together to share their knowledge and experience, as well as to expand their business networks.
Those interested in participating in the conferences will not have to pay any fee to attend, as these will be free events designed to help them expand their professional networks and become better professionals in their respective fields.
