Grupo Álava Receives an “Excellent” Rating from Fluidra, Reflecting Its Strong Commitment to Sustainability and Quality

At Grupo Álava, we have received the highest rating of “Excellent” in the annual supplier evaluation conducted by Fluidra, a global leader in the swimming pool and wellness industry. This recognition solidifies the group’s position as an essential technology partner for companies seeking excellence and underscores its commitment to the principles of sustainability and corporate responsibility (ESG).

The evaluation, issued by Fluidra’s Design Center in Polinyà (Barcelona), highlights several key aspects of the collaboration with Grupo Álava, receiving the highest score (5/5) in areas such as:

• Product or Service Quality: Strict compliance with specifications and the absence of defects.
• Flexibility and Problem-Solving: Strong adaptability and efficiency in finding solutions.
• Cost: Alignment with project requirements, demonstrating a commitment to efficiency.
• Compliance with ESG standards: Full alignment with the center’s sustainability principles and legal requirements.

This recognition is based on Grupo Álava’s involvement in the implementation of a state-of-the-art testing laboratory for Fluidra.

For this project, we have provided key technologies that enable the validation of the durability and reliability of their products under extreme conditions. These include climate and corrosion test chambers to simulate accelerated aging, vibration and drop test systems to ensure resistance during transport, a semi-anechoic chamber for conducting acoustic studies, and a universal tensile-compression testing machine. The solution is rounded out by powerful data acquisition and analysis software (Dewesoft) and the necessary sensors, providing Fluidra with a solid foundation for innovation and continuous improvement.

This result demonstrateshow Grupo Álava’s business strategy integrates operational excellence with a positive impact in the economic, social, and environmental spheres, building trust throughout its value chain.
