The series Basler boost series offers a joint camera + CoaXPress CXP-12 card solution to achieve previously unseen resolution and frame rate performance in machine vision cameras, at a very competitive price.

The series Basler boost series consists of a set of modern high-performance cameras that offer excellent image quality even at high data rates (up to 12.5 Gbps per cable) thanks to the use of modern CMOS sensors and the CoaxPress CXP-2 interface specially designed for high resolutions and bandwidths.

They are an excellent choice for applications that require high data rates and resolutions and where camera image data must be transferred over long distances. They are particularly suitable for applications in the semiconductor industry, print inspection, food inspection and medical technology, among others.

The new CoaXPress 2.0 standard offers a very attractive, simple and above all reliable alternative for applications previously performed with Camera Link or CoaXPress 1.1. This series reduces complexity in hardware configuration, has significant cost benefits and increases the performance capability of the image processing system.

This series is equipped with Sony Pregius IMX255 and IMX253 and have resolutions of 9 and 12 megapixels. With a single coaxial cable, they can achieve speeds of up to 93 fps, and in addition, the GenTL standard facilitates the integration of the components in their image processing system. This provides unique resolution and frame rate performance in machine vision cameras at a very competitive price.
