Parallel structured light offers the unique quality and resolution of structured light scanning in the 3D reconstruction of highly dynamic scenes. This novel, patented technology uses an intelligent sensor design that performs acquisition in a snapshot, unlike the sequential scanning of standard image sensors. This means that the parallel structured light method virtually freezes the 3D scene in time.
