Xenics XSW 640 series is the small size, high performance and high image resolution SWIR infrared vision camera module series specially designed for security and Machine Vision applications.

Description

The XSW 640 series series is Xenics small size, high performance and high image resolution SWIR infrared vision camera modules specially designed for security and Machine Vision applications.

Based on a self-developed, temperature-stabilized InGaAs sensor, it has a resolution of 640 x 512 pixels and can offer frame rates of up to 100 Hz. These modules feature multiple interface options such as CameraLink, GigE Vision or QTE Samtec.

In addition, this series offers the possibility of a visible shortwave infrared (vSWIR) option to extend the wavelength into the visible band.
