What is Raman Spectroscopy?

All Horiba Raman systems can be combined with Horiba’s exclusive AFM system (OmegaScope), which allows to further increase the capabilities of the systems to NanoRaman, besides being the only manufacturer that is able to demonstrate the TERS capabilities of their systems.

The combination of confocal Raman spectroscopy with atomic force microscopy (AFM) allows correlating chemical information with surface topography at the nanometer scale. These integrated platforms allow the use of tip-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (TERS) and tip-enhanced photoluminescence (TEPL) for co-localized measurements.
