P-HIL Testing and AI in the Automation of Converters and Smart Grids

  • June 04, 2026

Space

The transition to Smart Grids requires advanced testing, validation and optimization tools; in this event we will explore how Power Hardware in the Loop (PHIL), combined with simulation models and Artificial Intelligence, allows to reproduce real power grid scenarios and accelerate the development of more efficient, secure and resilient systems.

Artificial Intelligence is already beginning to be integrated directly into inverters and other active elements of the grid, providing greater adaptability, efficiency and responsiveness to changing conditions. Thanks to Hardware in the Loop (HIL) and PHIL environments, these solutions can be validated in real network scenarios before being put into service, reducing risks and accelerating innovation.

Throughout different technical technical conferences and practical demonstrationsyou will learn how these technologies are helping to anticipate failures, optimize control and validate complex solutions before their deployment in the field.

Participating Companies

The event will feature technical conferences given by specialists, which will address real cases of PHIL and Smart Grids applications, as well as their convergence with Artificial Intelligence techniques.

In addition, there will be live demonstrations, showing how to test real equipment connected to advanced network models in real time.

At the end of the session, attendees will be able to participate in a co working cocktail, conceived as a relaxed space for technical networking and exchange of experiences among professionals in the sector.
