Description
Due to its technical complexity and high cost, the measurement of antennas has historically been limited to public institutions and large corporations. With the market launch of the SPHERASCAN model, ASYSOL has finally brought these tests within the reach of modest universities and small and medium-sized companies.
Horizontal impact testing of packaging simulates in the laboratory the impacts suffered by the packaging during transport.
These impacts can occur for the following reasons, among others:
- Abrupt accelerations or decelerations in truck transports.
- Coupling of one carriage to the next in train transportation.
- Movements produced by waves in ship transports.
The horizontal impact packaging testing machines accelerate a platform on which the load under test is placed and by means of a series of programmers it is possible to set the duration and shape of the acceleration signal at the moment of impact.
