The Xenics Bobcat Xenics Bobcat 320 camera series is a series of SWIR infrared vision cameras that, thanks to their easy handling, compact design and small dimensions, are ideal for scientific research in laboratories, security systems, process monitoring, or for integration into Machine Vision systems.

Its design is also ideally suited for material inspection in volume markets where cost management is paramount, such as laser beam analysis, the sorting and recycling industry, or the investigation of defects inside silicon semiconductor materials.

The Xenics Bobcat 320 AreaScan SWIR cameras offer high performance for short exposures as they incorporate a self-developed uncooled InGaAs sensor with a resolution of 320 x 256 pixels and frame rates of 100 Hz or 400 Hz. They are sensitive to the spectral range of 0.9 to 1.7 μm.
