The Bobcat 320 Gated camera series from Xenics are a series of SWIR infrared vision cameras that thanks to their easy handling, compact design and small dimensions are perfectly suited for material inspection in volume markets where cost management is paramount, such as laser beam analysis, the sorting and recycling industry, or the investigation of defects inside silicon semiconductor materials.

The Xenics Bobcat 320 Gated cameras offer high performance for short exposures as they incorporate a self-developed temperature-stabilized InGaAs sensor with a resolution of 320 x 256 pixels and frame rates up to 400 Hz with configurable exposure times from 100 ns to 1 ms in steps of 100 ns, or from 1 ms to 40 ms. They are sensitive to the spectral range of 0.9 to 1.7 μm.
