The Xenics Manx Xenics Manx SQ series is the world’s fastest SWIR infrared line-scan camera series designed specifically for applications requiring the highest speed and image quality in line scanning, such as silicon wafer inspection, TFT display inspection, and agricultural and food product sorting.

Manx SQ cameras incorporate the in-house developed InGaAs linear sensor providing unprecedented high-speed images up to 254 kHz (or 127 kHz) and a resolution of up to 2048 pixels, with resolutions of 512 and 1024 pixels and excellent dynamic range.

In addition, the use of the CoaXPress interface enables fast and reliable data transfer and features the lowest noise performance record for a 2048 pixel SWIR linear camera.
