The Xenics Bobcat 640 Xenics Bobcat 640 camera series are a series of high-resolution SWIR infrared vision cameras that, thanks to their easy handling, compact design and small dimensions, are ideal for scientific research and quality inspections, as they meet the requirements of high sensitivity in the SWIR range.
The Xenics Bobcat 640 AreaScan SWIR cameras offer high performance for short exposures as they incorporate an uncooled InGaAs sensor developed in-house and feature a resolution of 640 x 512 pixels and frame rates of 100 Hz. They are sensitive to the 0.9 to 1.7 μm spectral range, but an enhanced visible shortwave infrared (vSWIR) option is also available for extended wavelength response in the visible range, with a spectral response from 0.4 µm to 1.7 µm.
