Bin Picking Studio is a combination of powerful 3D vision hardware (PhoXi scanners) and intelligent software for robot-based part picking setup. It is an automated part picking solution in a single package using state-of-the-art 3D vision technology.

First, it uses structured light 3D vision with various sizes and scanning ranges. Then, it uses internally developed CAD-based localization algorithms with intelligent bin picking functions such as smart memory and fast scanning.

Plan an optimized path for 6-axis manipulators with the option to disable collision checking to increase speed in collision-free environments.

All this through a generic interface to a broad portfolio of robots that support a wide variety of commands.
