The integration of predictive techniques and technologies focused on monitoring failure modes in accordance with ISO 17359:2011 is key to successfully establishing a real-time dashboard of asset health. Access to condition monitoring data through cloud-based platforms, as well as the development and application of advanced Big Data analysis techniques, enables the consolidation of all condition monitoring data into a single database, increased diagnostic reliability, and, consequently, a reduction in the time to return on investment.
This conference examined the benefits of implementing cloud-based predictive maintenance and its advantages in two key areas: first, improving plant reliability, and second, knowledge management.
