Preditec/IRM presents the SpectraQuest systems for simulating machinery failures and their application in training vibration analysts.

Machine Failure Simulators (MFS) have been designed to study the signatures of the most common machine failures, such as imbalance, misalignment, resonance, bearing failures, rotor dynamics, cracked shafts, gears, belt drives, reciprocating mechanisms, friction, failures in electric induction motors, pumps, compressors, and fans.
