We invite you to attend the conference on the impact of digitalization on maintenance in advanced industries, organized by AEM, on September 15.
The conference will take place on Wednesday, September 15, as part of Expoquimia at the Fira de Barcelona.

At 1:00 p.m., Mª José Gómez, Sales Director at Preditec, will share her perspective alongside other professionals during the PANEL DISCUSSION: The Impact of Sensor Technology on System Operation and Maintenance. Maintenance 4.0 Today.
In collaboration with AEM , we attended the event with the chemical industry sector from the EXPOQUIMIA stage. In recent years, we have been immersed in the technological landscape that has come to be known as “Industry 4.0,” marked by constant and rapid evolution in virtually all areas and the emergence of technologies that represent a major departure from previous solutions and have been defined as “disruptive.”
We have also already crossed the threshold into the new generation of wireless connectivity enabled by 5G technology, which, on the one hand, radically expands the capabilities of cyber systems and, on the other, opens up enormous possibilities for communications and for data generation and management.
The installation of sensors and the digitization of all systems, and the advanced management capabilities offered by the cloud environment, have introduced new approaches that have transformed the roles and responsibilities within the broad spectrum of maintenance—which are constantly being updated to incorporate additional functions and new criteria for planning, organization, goal setting, and performance monitoring.
In this way, we are participating in the program proposed by the AEM, alongside professionals from companies in the sector who will have the opportunity through this call to hear presentations on interesting case studies and exchange views with other colleagues on topics of mutual interest.
