PROJECT OBJECTIVE
The role of accelerometers in aircraft prototypes
The objective of this project was to supply the necessary vibration sensors for the different Flight Test (FTI) of several aircraft prototypes, in order to validate the structural designs and systems, as well as to support their certification before the authorities.
Airbus Defence and Space carries out rounds of consultation to define the characteristics of the accelerometers best suited to the requirements and particularities of each test, ensuring that they meet the established needs without compromising safety margins.
