PRE-7164 This course includes the concepts of Lean Maintenance and the implementation of a TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) maintenance plan based on Autonomous Maintenance.

Duration: 16 hours

Price: 955€ per person (VAT not included)

Schedule: First day from: 10:00 to 13:30 and 15:00 to 19:30. Second day: 9:00 to 13:30 and 15:00 to 18:30. On-site courses: 8 hours (on two consecutive days), to be defined between 08:00 and 19:00.

Description

The course is aimed at managers, engineers and maintenance and operations technicians who need to know the concepts of Lean and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) to reduce waste and improve the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of their processes. During the course the students will perform the autonomous maintenance plan of a machine.

*Prerequisites: No prior knowledge or experience is required.

Objectives

  • Understand the concept of waste.
  • Calculate the OEE of a process.
  • Understand and use the concepts of Gemba, 5S, Poka-Yoke, SMED and Visual Management.
  • Understand the pillars of TPM.
  • Implement a TPM program based on Autonomous Maintenance.
  • Apply the principles of Lean Maintenance and TPM using a Lego kit.

  • Lean Principles and 7 Wastes.
  • The OEE.
  • Lean 1 tools: Gemba, 5S, Poka-Yoke.
  • Lean 2 tools: SMED and Visual Management.
