Preditec/IRM has a form for the following purpose:

A database used for data processing and storage in order to resolve any issues that may have arisen in connection with the comments and questions you submit to us via the contact form, as well as for sending commercial communications, including electronic ones, through which users may be informed about goods, services, events, etc.
This file complies with the legal requirements set forth in Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, as well as with the technical requirements established by the Security Measures Regulation R.D. 1720/2007, to ensure the security of the data you provide

By completing and submitting the registration form, you give your unequivocal consent to the storage of your data in our files for the purposes indicated.

All fields marked with an asterisk on the form must be filled out in order for your registration to be accepted and for us to be able to respond to you.

We do not collect any data classified as “sensitive” under current regulations through these files. GRUPO ALAVA INGENIEROS guarantees that the data provided will not be accessible to anyone outside the company and that it will only be disclosed at the request of the data subject, who must provide proper identification.

User Rights

Users of Preditec/IRM services have the right to access their data stored in our files at any time, as well as the right to correct, delete, or object to such data. These rights include the following specific provisions:

Users have the right to request and obtain, free of charge, information regarding their personal data that is being processed, its source (which in our case will always be the forms on the website), and any communications that may affect such data. To obtain this information, the customer must request it via email at: info@alava-ing.es, the same address to which any changes that may have arisen should be sent. The request must be sent from the email address provided in the form. Otherwise, your data will not be disclosed, as your identity will not be considered sufficiently verified.

Preditec/IRM shall not be held liable if a request for a sample or data correction is made from the email address you provided to us via any of the forms on the website, as in such cases it will be presumed that the request was made by the user. Access will also be granted at the company’s offices in Zaragoza, or through any other legally valid physical means that verifies the identity of the requester.

Users may request the correction, objection, or deletion of their data, and Preditec/IRM will process such requests within a maximum of 10 days. Deletion entails the blocking of your data, which will only be retained in the event that it is requested by the competent public authorities or by judges and courts.

Preditec/IRM acknowledges its responsibility and guarantees compliance with its duty of confidentiality regarding all data provided by registered users

End of treatment

If, for any reason, GRUPO ALAVA INGENIEROS permanently ceases to provide its services through the website, it will destroy all stored data in order to ensure the security and appropriate use of the data provided by the user.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be communicated to users via the “Privacy Policy” section on the homepage of www.preditec.com, and will take effect upon their publication there.
