Description
With a duration of 14 hours, this course is suitable for professionals who need intensive training without compromising their work schedule.
Objectives
The objective of this course is to train the attendees so that they can begin to diagnose the most typical problems of rotating machinery such as unbalances, misalignments, clearances, bearing failures, gear failures, etc. Attendees to this course will handle the diagnostic tables on the most common faults that are diagnosed by vibration spectral analysis and will know the applicable regulations for vibration analysis.
Syllabus
- Introduction. Maintenance strategies and predictive techniques.
- Fundamentals of vibration. Trends, spectra, waveforms and phase.
- Fault diagnosis: unbalance, misalignment, looseness, belt faults, bearing faults, electric motors, hydrodynamic faults.
- Introduction to resonance.
- Bearing failures.
- Gear diagnostics.
- Applicable regulations.
- Diagnostic methodology.
- Practical: Case resolution, configuration and fault frequency detection.
New!
Optional case study day. After the training, we invite you to extend the course for one more day, during which you will put into practice the knowledge you have acquired.
