The Coupling Precision Alignment Course is oriented to the theoretical and practical learning of the different laser alignment techniques and the necessary considerations to be taken into account during alignment.

  • General alignment procedure.
  • Diagnosis of misalignment by vibration analysis.
  • Static measurement and correction. Preliminary observations: Irregular seating. Radial and torsional axial clearance.
  • Alignment methods. Face periphery. Inverse measurement of peripheries.
  • Laser Alignment. Horizontal axes. Vertical axes. Machine Train.
  • Tolerances, errors and corrections. Alignment of machines with thermal expansion.
