Preditec/IRM has an extensive range of vibration sensors for applications in high temperature environments.

The Metrix SA6350 is a high performance accelerometer specifically designed to operate in high temperature environments, withstanding up to 325°C.°C. It is ideal for installation in gas turbines and industrial machinery where a reliable acceleration signal is required in extreme thermal conditions.

Thanks to its advanced design, the sensor separates the piezo element from the charge amplifier by means of an integral shielded cable, allowing the sensor element to be mounted directly on hot surfaces, while the amplifier can be installed 3 or 5 meters away in cooler areas (up to 120°C).°C). This architecture ensures accurate measurement without compromising the durability of the electronics.

With a frequency response of 5 Hz to 10 kHz and a standard output of 100 mV/g, the SA6350 is fully compatible with industrial vibration monitoring systems. In addition, it offers 3-hole or 4-hole flat-base mounting options, compatible with high temperature sensors commonly used in industry.
