AGTracII™ SYSTEM

The AGTracII and AirGap Capacitive Sensor provide continuous monitoring of the AirGap between the rotor and stator winding in hydraulic generators.

  • AirGap capacitive sensors (4 to 16 sensors)
  • Sensor signal conditioners
  • Synchronization sensor (1 sensor)
  • Continuous monitoring instrument
  • Data management software
  • Processes acquired signals in real time
  • Detects the different operating modes of the machine:
    – Stationary
    – Start-up
    – Normal operation
    – Transient
    – Idle – Transient – Neutral
  • Determines alarm conditions and sends alerts to SCADA plant system
  • Communicate with plant SCADA system
  • Transfers status data to Data Management Software
