The “ARP Asset Reliability” course gathers all the necessary background knowledge on how to improve the reliability and performance of your assets within your organization.
This course is developed by the Mobius Institute, the renowned Australian training center, world leader in training for vibration analysts in industrial machinery for predictive purposes.
Objectives
This course is intended for anyone in the plant who in any way influences the management, design, engineering, maintenance or operation of critical rotating machinery and/or electrical equipment.
ARP-A is based on the “Reliability Culture”. This culture is based on the premise that no reliability improvement initiative can be successful unless all members of the organization push for its achievement. Also, activities aimed at improving reliability and performance must be supported, as well as the search for opportunities to make improvements.

- Introduction to asset reliability, safety and performance improvement.
- Introduction to the “cause” of the failure and its subsequent elimination.
- Introduction of the strategy to be followed in assets.
- Proactive maintenance strategy.
- Overview of CONDITION MONITORING (CM).
- Introduction to continuous improvement and its parameters.
- Root cause failure analysis.
