The Asset Reliability [ARP-E] “RELIABILITY ENGINEER” course encompasses many of the best aspects of reliability and, once you have completed the course, you gain a very solid knowledge in all areas related to reliability.

Upon completion of the course, the learner will be able to justify and prioritize the necessary actions and measures to design a successful reliability and performance improvement initiative, as well as avoid the pitfalls that have not worked in previous reliability programs.

Objectives

The asset reliability course [ARP-E] will enable you to understand how to implement the technical elements of reliability improvement and perform the analysis that will lead you to make the right decisions in the process.

The reliability engineer has an important role within the organization, as there are numerous opportunities for improvement, but it is difficult to understand what needs to be changed and how. In many cases the reliability engineer does not have sufficient authority to make changes. This topic is also addressed in the course.

  • Reliability, safety and maintenance strategies for the company’s assets.
  • Introduction to ISO 55000. Role of the Reliability Engineer within the company.
  • Failure elimination. Spare parts and stock management.
  • RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) strategy, PMO (Preventive Maintenance Optimization) and Failure Mode Effects Analysis.
  • Reliability analysis by the reliability engineer.
  • How to make a maintenance plan. Advanced CONDITION MONITORING (CM) analysis.
  • Continuous improvement. Advanced root cause failure analysis
