Specifications
The system displays the following main measurements:
– RMS Velocity: Allows to identify low frequency faults such as misalignment or unbalance.
– Peak Velocity: It is the RMS velocity value multiplied by 1.44 and identifies also low frequency faults.
– RMS Acceleration: Allows to identify high frequency faults such as broken bars in electric motors.
– True Peak Acceleration: It is the highest acceleration value captured in the form of a peak acceleration value multiplied by 1.44 and identifies also high frequency faults. Peak Acceleration: It is the RMS acceleration value multiplied by 1.44 and also identifies high frequency faults.
– True Peak Acceleration: It is the highest acceleration value captured in the waveform and allows identifying high frequency impacts such as defects in ball bearings or gears.
– Crest Factor: It is the ratio of True Peak in relation to RMS acceleration and is used as an indicator of the severity of the faults.
