The CONMONSense line is a stand-alone, permanently mounted ultrasonic sensor designed to integrate with standard industrial measurement systems.

The CONMONSense range are stand-alone, permanent mount ultrasonic sensors designed to be integrated with standard industrial data acquisition systems.

CONMONSense sensors show accurate and repeatable data on the health of your assets and electrical systems in even the most challenging industrial environment.

Its piezoelectric resonant element is optimized for ultrasonic-based lubrication, mechanical fault detection and condition monitoring of valves, hydraulic/steam systems and electrical problems.

CONMONSense sensors can be used in multiple applications:

  • Contact/structure (IP65) for lubrication of bearings, valves, steam traps, hydraulic systems and monitoring of rotating machinery even at very low RPM.
  • Airborne (non-contact) open (IP40) and closed (IP65) sensor for electrical systems inspection.

Ultrasound is a true measure of the “FITness” of your installation. Most assets produce defects such as FRICTION, IMPACT and TURBULENCE. CONMONSense listens for these phenomena in their early stages and sends an analog signal response to your measurement system.

With an output range of 4-20mA or 0-10V, CONMONSense is permanently installed on any asset to provide continuous data.
