The PRE5050M portable analyzer collector in combination with the PRE5050SW predictive software enables monitoring of vibration level and bearing condition, temperature level, rotational frequency, spectral analysis and waveform analysis.
It is a user-friendly instrument for vibration measurements and monitoring of the general condition of rotating machinery.
The equipment includes a standard vibration sensor, an infrared temperature sensor and LED strobe light to measure shaft rotation speed.
This system of collector plus predictive software serves as the technological basis for the PrediPack Starter predictive maintenance implementation package.
