Less than 60% of bearings reach their design life, and one of the main causes is poor lubrication—whether due to insufficient or excessive lubrication. The LUBExpert system solves this widespread problem by combining precision lubrication with standardized lubrication procedures.
During your relubrication runs, the LUBExpert expert assistant will indicate:
- What fat to add
- The points where grease is to be added (grease paths)
- When to relubricate (based on condition and periodicity)
- How much grease to add (precision lubrication)
- You will know if the grease is performing its lubricating function
