Predictive maintenance program in the Industry 4.0 environment.
PRE-7161 This course provides a broad overview of predictive techniques and where to apply them to optimize your maintenance plan within the new Industry 4.0 environment.
Description
To ensure reliability, it is necessary to eliminate all maintenance that is not essential and to carry out only those tasks that help us to maximize the plant’s production capacity while optimizing operating costs.
Well-managed predictive maintenance (PdM or CBM) has proven to be the best strategy to achieve the objectives demanded by today’s market.
This course analyzes the importance of predictive maintenance as a basic strategy for reliability assurance. It describes the techniques used in condition monitoring and analyzes the basic stages for the implementation of a predictive program as well as the most common mistakes we should avoid and how to implement a predictive strategy within the new digitalization environments.
Objectives
The course is aimed at all those who are leading or want to lead a predictive maintenance plan in plant and want to deepen in the best maintenance practices and how new technologies are being applied.
The topics covered in this course will allow you to make a diagnosis of your current PoM and set in motion an optimization process that will surely allow you to achieve the benefits that others have already achieved.
