In-service testing with the ALL-TEST PRO On-Line III™ (ATPOL III™) handheld device has never been safer, thanks to its compact size and wireless Bluetooth communication with the computer. The Bluetooth connection allows the instrument to be operated from up to 10 meters away, enabling the operator to remain at a safe distance from live equipment.
ATPOL III™ is actually two tools in one:
- a comprehensive engine scanner (ESA)
- and a comprehensive power quality (PQ) analyzer.
In ESA mode, the condition of the input power supply, the control circuit, the motor itself, and the driven load are evaluated, and the results can be analyzed as trends for the purposes of predictive maintenance or condition-based maintenance.
When in PQ mode, it can be used for energy data logging, harmonic analysis, voltage and current graphs (such as waveforms and their distortions), transient capture, and event capture.
The ATPOL III™ provides valuable information for the study of AC motors, DC motors, generators, wound-rotor motors, synchronous motors, machine-tool motors, etc.
ALL-SAFE PRO® junction boxes can be installed to enhance operator safety. This eliminates the need to open electrical cabinets to collect data. This provides greater safety for the operator during measurement and improves the productivity of on-site data collection, as more than a hundred motors can be measured each day.

Specifications
The ATPOL III provides excellent diagnostics for evaluating the electrical and mechanical condition of the stator, rotor, and air gap, as well as the load-bearing components (belts, gears, blades, etc.). This equipment also provides excellent diagnostics for DC motors, generators, and transformers.

ATPOLIIITM (ALL-TEST PRO On-LineIIITM) is the most comprehensive and compact online engine diagnostic tool currently available. There is no need to carry a PC or any other heavy equipment into the field; the ATPOLIIITM fits into a small bag that can be slung over the shoulder or carried on a belt. You do not need to enter engine data before taking a measurement; you will only be asked to enter the data before performing the analysis on the PC, and you can always correct it if there is an error.
