Acceleration transmitter PRE422H
PRE422H is an industrial accelerometer with 4-20 mA current output proportional to the acceleration, designed to be easily integrated into control systems like PLCs and DCS. It is ideal for vibration monitoring of rotating machinery such as fans, motors, pumps, compressors and process equipment.
This sensor uses a piezoelectric element type PZT in compression configuration, and is housed in a 316L stainless steel casing, providing high durability in demanding industrial environments. Its useful frequency range is from 10 Hz to 5 kHz, with an accurate response of ±5%, and complies with ISO 10816 for vibration analysis.
The HS-422 offers multiple acceleration ranges, from 0-1g to 0-100g, and can be configured with different types of connectors (such as M12 or MS) and cables (PUR, silicone, flame retardant, etc.). It is also available with additional options such as temperature output (PT100), filtering, or peak-to-peak output versions.
With IP67 environmental protection, the sensor operates in temperatures from -25 °C to +90 °C, withstands shocks up to 5000g, and has a settling time of only 2 seconds. Its maximum load resistance is 600 ohms at 24 VDC, and it complies with EN61326-1:2013 electromagnetic compatibility standards.
