Transmitter with dual output PRE421H
PRE421H is an industrial vibration sensor specially designed to offer a dual solution: it allows simultaneous connection to a PLC or SCADA system via a 4-20 mA current output, while providing an AC acceleration output for use with portable data collectors. This dual functionality makes it an ideal tool for predictive maintenance strategies that combine continuous monitoring and periodic analysis.
This sensor uses a piezoelectric element type PZT in compression configuration, and is housed in a 316L stainless steel casing, providing high durability in demanding industrial environments. Its useful frequency range is from 10 Hz to 5 kHz, with an accurate response of ±5%, and complies with ISO 10816 for vibration analysis.
The HS-422 offers multiple acceleration ranges, from 0-1g to 0-100g, and can be configured with different types of connectors (such as M12 or MS) and cables (PUR, silicone, flame retardant, etc.). It is also available with additional options such as temperature output (PT100), filtering, or peak-to-peak output versions.
With IP67 environmental protection, the sensor operates in temperatures from -25 °C to +90 °C, withstands shocks up to 5000g, and has a settling time of only 2 seconds. Its maximum load resistance is 600 ohms at 24 VDC, and it complies with EN61326-1:2013 electromagnetic compatibility standards.
