PdM/Preconcert database generation – PRE-7031
The quality of the predictive database programming is a fundamental pillar for the success and performance of the predictive maintenance plan. That is why Preditec/IRM makes available to its customers all the knowledge of its expert predictive analysts, in order to optimize the results of predictive maintenance plans.
This service is divided into several phases for its execution:
- Selection of measurement points.
- Configuration of the measurement database on machines according to the criteria calculated using the Predialarm method, international standards and the indications of our experts.
- Configuration of measurement parameters: maximum frequency, cut-off frequency, averages, window, monitoring parameters, overlapping, sensitivity…
- Definition of monitoring parameters for the most common failure modes depending on the type of machinery.
- Configuration of typical failure frequencies of bearings, gears, fans, pumps, compressors and electric motors.
- Configuration of additional parameters for manual input in the field such as temperatures, pressures, flow rates, consumptions…
- Configuration of coded notes on visual inspections of machines.
- Alarm configuration for each monitoring parameter based on historical data (if available), international standards and Preditec/IRM analyst estimates based on the PrediAlarm machine alarm database.
- Definition and configuration of predictive measurement paths.
- Generation of the baseline.
- Creation of the database structure and registration of the assets being monitored in the Preconcerto predictive information management platform.
- Documentation of the work performed.
